Bistro Garlic Butter Scampi
Product: 16/20 Jumbo Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Jumbo Shrimp (P&D)
- 4 tbsp Butter, 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced), Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ cup Dry White Wine, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
- Heat oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet. Sauté garlic and flakes for 1 min.
- Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2 mins per side until pink; remove.
- Add wine and lemon juice. Simmer until liquid reduces by half.
- Stir in remaining butter and parsley. Toss shrimp to coat and serve.
