Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Jumbo Shrimp (P&D)
  • 4 tbsp Butter, 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced), Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ cup Dry White Wine, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet. Sauté garlic and flakes for 1 min.
  2. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2 mins per side until pink; remove.
  3. Add wine and lemon juice. Simmer until liquid reduces by half.
  4. Stir in remaining butter and parsley. Toss shrimp to coat and serve.

High-Volume Cajun Shrimp Boil

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs Head-On Shrimp
  • 1 cup Cajun Seasoning, 3 Lemons
  • 1 lb Red Potatoes, 4 ears Corn, 1 lb Sausage

Instructions:

  1. Bring gallon of water, seasoning, and lemons to a boil.
  2. Boil potatoes and sausage (12 mins), then corn (5 mins).
  3. Add shrimp. Boil for 2-3 mins until orange and curled.
  4. Turn off heat; steep for 5 mins to absorb spice. Drain and serve.

Grilled Lemon Herb Shrimp Skewers

Lemon-Herb Grilled Skewers

Product: 21/25 P&D Shrimp
Profile: Health Conscious / Mediterranean

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs P&D Shrimp
  • Olive Oil, Oregano, Thyme, Garlic Powder
  • Lemon Zest and Wedges

Instructions:

  1. Whisk oil and herbs. Marinate shrimp for 20-30 mins.
  2. Thread 4-5 shrimp onto each skewer.
  3. Grill on medium-high for 2-3 mins per side until charred.
  4. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
